HR Generalist, 3rd shift, Winona area, $50-60K. Possible contract to permanent position. Temporary housing provided. Responsibilities : Administration of compensation and benefit plans; Assisting with the training of Production Supervisors/Managers; Assisting with recruiting programs including interviewing, screening, evaluating and selecting qualified applicants; Conducting and preparing materials for employee orientation; Gathering and analyzing HR data; Assisting line management regarding employee relations practices; Organizational Development. Education : 4-year degree required. Required Skills : 3+ years of human resources generalist experience; Experienced in training and development; Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems (SAP) and MS Office applications; Knowledgeable in employment and labor laws; Recognizes ways to improve workflow efficiency and implement change; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Able and willing to work 3rd shift.
