MCD Communities is seeking energetic and talented people to serve in a variety of shifts as Mental Health Rehabilitation Technicians (MHRT). As a Rehabilitation Technician, you will provide direct care to people in our residential programs that serve adults with persistent mental health challenges. Experience as DSP, MHRT, PSS, CNA, and/or CRMA preferred by not required as MCD Communities provides paid training! The ideal candidate would be able to: Assist residents to achieve goals defined by their service plan. Supervise residents in routine activities of daily living, including cooking, recreation, informal education, etc. Assist with personal care and treat all individuals with dignity and respect. Provide supportive counseling and crisis assistance. Complete documentation as required. Have an MHRT-1 certificate or be willing to complete all required trainings. Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED Valid Maine driver's License Prior experience working with people with mental health challenges is preferred but not required.
