Position Summary: Responsible for managing demand consolidation, monitoring forecasts, purchasing, inbound logistics processes, inbound supply and inventory management. Supporting Sales, Product and Operations teams to enable the business to achieve sales targets. Identifying, evaluating and developing time and cost saving improvement opportunities within the supply chain. Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities: Plan and purchase according to TMaG’s forecasts and market demand. Maintain and update business planning documents. Actively work with Product Management and Planning/Sourcing teams to achieve best availability results, resolve supply issues and effectively communicate delays back to the business. Execute and track purchase orders/requisitions until arrival at destination. Invoice verification, managing claims and exceptions with Sourcing Organisations, Vendors or other Service Providers. Monitor and track new product launches ensuring “flawless” launch to market. Including, but not limited to, maintaining start ship dates and product holds, creating and maintaining inbound trackers, SKU launch in EBS and all other requirements to ensure a successful launch Co-ordinate and monitor inbound supply, working closely with the warehouse teams to ensure efficiencies are maintained and all processes are completed as required Monitor inventory and report on movements, levels and turns. Identify slow moving products and initiate and co-ordinate stock clearance programs with Product Management for aged and closeout stock. Manage and maintain sample requirements for relevant product line Monitor the orderbook and work with all stakeholders to convert into cash. Actively work against backorders and resolve constraints. Make recommendations and initiate transport mode conversion where required. Proactively work with the sales teams to keep the shippable orderbook clean and monitor through the product life cycle. Update FOB costs and liaise with Finance team to upload to Oracle. Provide support to and work closely with other European & Pacific TMaG Regions and ensure on-time purchasing, delivery and supply is met according to TMaG’s planning and market demands. Reduce logistics costs and improve operational efficiency Report KPI metrics to the business as required Education, Training, Professional Certification and Work Experience: Experience in Purchasing and Sourcing Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics and Order Management Fluent English (verbal & written) Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge Able to coordinate multiple projects and tasks.
