Purpose: Implement the respective global and Western European strategies and guidelines in the Nordics by creating impactful activations for Nordic target consumers in line with the Nordic strategy Support positive development of Reebok brand image and sustainable and profitable market share growth. Manage category business success through the development and execution of a robust category plan, and ensure the strategic framework is used as set by the Western Europe Business unit. Key Responsibilities: Manage and assist the creation of GTM proposition/ local category marketing plan (product, communication, Omnichannel aspects, tools, activation tools, lifestyle Marketing support, etc.) to his/her Sales team, and supports the sell-in process to focus accounts. Share and brief Line Manager of needs of category for respective Cluster Be point of contact and support for category with the main focus on product related questions Work and support closely with the local sales teams on range specific topics and concepts Report and assist in analyzing commercial input and market specific needs Support regular analytics on the sell-in and sell-through performance of category as well as the ROI on communication investments (analytical support from Finance team) Deliver input on ranging, pricing, GTM, etc. for Western Europe Category Plan Work closely with Cluster Brand Activation team on marketing Plan Manage SMM presentations to Sales in respective Cluster Key contributor for local events including and not limited to range briefing to WE BU. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Consumer-focused with product and range understanding Understanding of balancing brand and commercial aspects to build channel specific GTM solutions. Good organizational skills Strong engaging presentation style Passionate about sports & streetwear and lifestyle trends. Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: Preferably University degree in business, ideally with marketing and sales focus or equivalent professional experience 4+ years of Merchandising Experience, cross-functional marketing and/or sales experience Fluent in English (writing and verbal) IT skills: Outlook and Word: Basic; Excel and PowerPoint: advanced We look forward to your application!
