For the Norwegian market, with base in our office in Oslo, we will expand our Team Sales Team with a Team Sales Specialist. In this role you will ensure profitable and sustainable market share growth within adidas Football and Team Sales Customers for your assigned area in the Norwegian market. You will be a part of our Nordic Team Sales tem and report into your Norwegian based manager. Key tasks: To drive the local Team Sales business according to company guidelines in all specified sales channels To frequently visit customers and clubs to build a great business relationship Be the local representative and actively participate in clubs and customers team related events Provide sell-out support, based on our seasonal focus products, technologies and concepts to all sales channels Drive Team Sales clinics on respective team sales customers To secure that B- contracts, Team Sales Account Fact Books and Team Sales Strategic Account Plans are being followed according to company guidelines Support the Local Sales Team in sell in periods and trade shows Understand and maximize the adidas Team Sales trade terms in local team business We believe that you: Have a strong interest in sports and specifically football- that is crucial to be a good fit for this job. Have one or a few years’ experience of sales ideally with Team Sales or from the sporting goods industry Have experience from a buying or sales organization within the Sports industry. Have a professional way of communicating and possess negotiations skills. Are ambitious, responsible, independent and sales oriented. Speak fluent Norwegian and speak, write and understand advanced English Have a bachelor’s degree or similar in business or sales Good skills within the Microsoft Office package We look forward to your application before the 26th of April!
