Key Responsibilities Marketing Executing key marketing strategies to achieve maximum brand penetration and exposure. Assist in managing advertising & promotion strategies across Malaysia which includes trade and consumer promotional programs combining advertising and in-store activities with purchase incentives e.g. PWP, GWP, discounts and premiums to drive overall sales. Assist in overseeing the media strategies across Malaysia to ensure maximum A&P mileage, brand exposure, cost effectiveness and efficiency. Strengthen and build key media relationships to optimize the brand’s visibility. Assist in management and evaluation of appointed PR agency and ensure agency delivers effective PR pitches to grow Malaysia PR presence. Assist in managing and developing CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive online activities. Working closely with agency to manage digital and social media. Assist sports marketing (Home pro staffs, Influencers, Ambassador in Malaysia to meet the goals of the brand. Working closely and assist in manage agency on new store opening and renovation. Managing samples and Product Room. Oversee and provide supervision to Regional product, sports marketing and marketing team. Assist in conducting and organizing retail staff training on a periodical basis during product launch. Assist in Product Experience Sessions thru out Malaysia. Product Executing product marketing plans and activities throughout the product lifecycle for Malaysia by working closely with the Marketing Manager and Commercial Managers to ensure revenue goals are met, and that products support the company's overall strategies and goals. Pre-requisite Knowledge / Skills / Addendum At least 2 years of commercial experience of which gained from international sport, golf soft goods or casual apparel/footwear companies. Acute awareness of market trend relevant to golf. Relevant experience in product. Strong marketing sense. Flexible and culturally sensitive. Team player with strong interpersonal skill. Strong communications skill and fluency in both written & spoken English and local language. Computer literate.
