Purpose : Deliver recruiting excellence by focusing on the adidas Group as an Employer of Choice, driving internal recruitment and career opportunities and, developing tools, processes, standards and teams that will deliver the right people, with the right skills, at the right time. Key Accountabilities : Lead and execute recruiting processes for corporate positions in the Market, including alignment meetings with Hiring Managers, Sourcing, Interviewing and Selection of candidates. Implement adidas Group global recruitment strategy in alignment with strategic business objectives and market specifications in order to deliver effective recruiting results to the organization. Lead execution of Retail recruiting strategy in the market. Drive recruiting excellence in the market by leading HRM, recruiters, competence centres and business leaders with an aligned approach. Partner with HR leaders in your market to prioritize recruiting programs and topics required to support recruiting requirements. Influence business leadership and HR colleagues on organizational changed related topics to Negotiate with vendors, partners, etc. to ensure cost effective solutions and beneficial relationships that will support HR and recruitment teams in your market. Analyze market specific talent acquisition related issues in order to develop and introduce new solutions, standards, activities or a new strategic direction. Utilize extensive recruiting, industry and market knowledge to provide guidance on complex recruitment issues and opportunities. Use a strong understanding of local market knowledge as well as local market feedback to ensure relevancy, acceptance and success in implementing recruitment programs. Develop a local recruitment strategy based on global standards that allows the adidas Group to effectively recruit across all key functions including (marketing, design, IT, HR, Operations, eCommerce, Retail, Finance and Sales) within your market. Leverage internal and external market teams, creative agencies, organizations to build the adidas Group reputation as employer of choice through highly innovative employer branding strategies. Ensure a focus on overall talent acquisition strategy including but not limited to attraction, internal recruitment. As well as develop a strong partnership with corporate development and training to ensure connectivity between talent acquisition and succession/talent management. Knowledge Skills and Abilities : Proven ability to align candidate attraction strategies against brand and business objectives, including hihgh volume and low volume recruiting. Ability to implement global standards, processes and programs. Proven organizational skills and attention for detail, as well as the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands. Qualifications : Min. of 3 - 5 years of proven recruiting experience with a strong track record of successful and timely recruitments Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Experience sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings, university relations, and direct recruiting. Strong candidate and client management skills, offering high levels of support and service. Experience managing high volume recruitment as well recruiting technically/skill level complex positions (multiple levels in the organization).
