This is an excellent opportunity to work at the intersection of high-tech manufacturing and advanced turbine design in Siemens Energy. The successful candidate will be an integral member of an interdisciplinary team of Design, Manufacturing, Materials and Quality experts who develop and manufacture turbine blades and vanes for current and new large IGTs (industrial gas turbines). The primary responsibilities of the group are review and release vendor manufacturing processes, control of product definition and disposition of manufacturing non-conformances. The Turbine Manufacturing Engineering Department is a global organization and part of component engineering of the Large Gas Turbine core engineering.
