The Business Our Health and Group Benefits business helps large and mid-size clients control health and welfare plan costs, improve health outcomes and promote employee engagement through broad-based, state-of-the-art interventions. We provide solutions encompassing creative plan design, vendor evaluation and management, pricing and funding strategies, data analytics, valuation support, compliance and governance strategies. The Role As an Implementation Consultant in the Voluntary Benefits (VB) Practice, you will be responsible for overseeing, standardizing and implementing VB operations, enrollment and implementation best practices for the National VB Operations Team. This role is responsible for guiding the execution and management of all aspects of the voluntary benefits implementation process for large and mid-market clients and is involved in developing the overall service strategy. This role will also support broader VB Team initiatives that continue to evolve the VB service strategy. Additionally, this role is responsible for training, mentoring and coaching implementation resources according to implementation standards and metrics. This role includes the ability to optimize enrollment and implementation results in alignment with financial goals and sales targets. **Performance Objectives:** **Clients** + Support and manage multiple client engagements + Partner with Sr. Consultant and Consultant in supporting sales efforts + Leads project management to execute enrollment and implementation + Serve as project manager for major inforce client initiatives + Manages client expectations and raise appropriate issues to senior staff + Identifies positive outcomes and exchanges ideas and recommendations for improvement throughout project cycle **Excellence** + Manage Project Pipeline and resource capacity for VB Practice + Develop and guide project management + Drive project management and client interaction consistency across regions + Direct and manage projects from beginning to end + Manage changes in priorities, demands, timeliness and project scope **Financial** + Guide execution of scope of work + Guide and support client retention and growth efforts + Drive process collaboration between WTW operational areas to encourage cross sell opportunities + Monitor project budge throughout lifecycle of project **People** + Mentor and provide feedback to other team members + Guide communication between Operations and VB Sales Team + Build relationships with internal and external resources + Participate in annual performance process **Job Requirements** The Requirements + Minimum 5 years relevant project management experience acting as a lead + Bachelor’s degree in business or related field desired + Hold a valid insurance license or be willing to obtain + Demonstrated knowledge of Voluntary Benefits market + Familiarity with project management software and tools + Ability to work independently and collaboratively + Service-oriented mindset + Ability to travel – approximately 30% Any unsolicited resumes/candidate profiles submitted through our web site or to personal e-mail accounts of employees of Willis Towers Watson are considered property of Willis Towers Watson and are not subject to payment of agency fees.
