The Business Client Management is the central point in the balanced matrix, and links our clients to our exceptional capabilities and solutions to drive profitable revenue growth. This includes responsibilities for growing revenue and managing a portfolio of clients across the Segments of our business. The Role The Client Relationship Director will be the primary client lead managing the totality of the Willis Towers Watson relationship for an assigned group of Geography-Managed ('GMO') clients and prospects, accountable for profitable revenue growth with clients, and will focus on bringing new solutions to existing clients, acquiring new clients and ensuring deep client satisfaction. The role covers organizations within Willis Towers Watson’s East Central market, specifically focused on the Cleveland and Columbus markets. **Major Accountabilities** + Become a trusted advisor and portal to Willis Towers Watson (WTW) for assigned clients and prospects, addressing their unique business needs with focused products and solutions that leverage capabilities from across the company and incorporate industry knowledge + Responsible for new business development, targeting net new buyer hubs and clients + Coordinate and collaborate with specialists, consultants, industry experts, and other critical team members across WTW segments to bring the full capabilities of WTW to the client and ensure a streamlined client experience + Qualify and quantify opportunities to understand full potential of prospective clients + Prioritize clients and prospects to ensure that time and resources are optimally deployed against achievable, high value opportunities + Influential at many levels of the client organization to promote new and recurring business while managing existing revenue and profit streams + Develop and execute client account plans and strategies to ensure profitable revenue growth and create new business opportunities + Participate in relevant industry communities in order to deliver industry-specific expertise to our clients + Develop a broad understanding of WTW capabilities and expertise + Ensure client satisfaction through proactively monitoring and addressing any issues + Actively manage service costs + Actively develop and mentor talent, providing direction, feedback and coaching + Act as a role model throughout WTW by embodying our values of client focus, teamwork, integrity, respect & excellence + Embody and deliver the client-value/differential-value proposition on an ongoing basis **Job Requirements** The Requirements + 10 or more years of experience and proven track record selling professional services to complex global organizations in the areas of human resources, financial management, and/or risk management + Ability to build, maintain and manage multiple client relationships at the most senior levels within client organizations + Ability to influence key stakeholders (internal and external) via formal and informal channels + Track record of sales expertise + High level of business acumen + Ability to navigate complex procurement organizations + Ability to coordinate teams across WTW segments + Team-oriented and collaborative + Ability to diagnose complex client issues, comprehend the full breadth of Willis Towers Watson’s services, blend them into practical solutions that meet our clients’ needs, and articulate them to C-Suite buyers across multiple disciplines + Senior level consulting experience aligned with one of our four Segments is a plus + Ability to successfully direct multiple projects and ensure quality deliverables on time and within budget + An executive presence with polished and well developed oral and written communication skills + Availability to travel on an as needed basis + Undergraduate degree required; advanced degrees or professional designations are a plus Any unsolicited resumes/candidate profiles submitted through our web site or to personal e-mail accounts of employees of Willis Towers Watson are considered property of Willis Towers Watson and are not subject to payment of agency fees.
