Responsibilities: Manages and directs a sales team to achieve sales and profit goals within the Company. Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programs Assists in the design of sales and marketing programs and assists in the setting of short and long-term sales strategies within the Company Establishes sales territories, quotas, goals and counsels/mentor’s subordinates concerning sales and advertising techniques Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume and forecasts Represents Company at trade shows or meetings to promote services Expands existing client relationships to sell additional solutions and services Travel required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 8 year’s sales experience Experience selling in IT related areas such as IT services is preferred. Strong knowledge of the information technology marketplace is preferred Significant experience building and managing an effective sales team Ability to build and maintain high-profile business relationships, and ability to present to a diverse cross section of customers and partners Ability to balance the needs of both marketing and sales acting as a bridge between driving revenue growth, delivery capabilities and client experience Ability to develop and oversee business and sales performance Business acumen and technical aptitude to engage in CIO/CFO level conversations and shape client buying/ IT vision Excellent listening, customer and account management skills Ability to adapt to changes quickly High energy and drive with good negotiation skills You can learn more about our firm at www.kraftkennedy.com.
