Responsibilities: Build relationships with clients; As primary face of the company, support the members of the client service team; Prepare for appointments, gather data and other client paperwork as needed; Set priorities and plan for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual activity; Facilitate client meetings and attend meetings for defined clients; Assist in research when requested; Document all client meetings, calls, emails, and follow-ups in Contact Manager; Travel between office locations as needed; Report to Operations Manager. Education : 4-year degree required. Required Skills: 2+ years of Best-In-Class client experience preferred; Exceptional customer satisfaction, relationship building, and communication skills; Self-directed and self-motivated; Collaborative with ability to supervise and manage others; Ability to travel between multi-site offices as needed; Any industry certifications are a plus: FINRA Series 7 and 66, Life/Health insurance, Disability, LTC licensing.
